Finding Home Documentary

Design | Video

PROBLEM: Raleigh Area Children’s Theatre, a small theatre nestled just north of the city of Raleigh has been a place hundreds of kids have called home for almost 10 years. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the theatre has safely remained open, positive and a safe haven for its students. The students, their parents and local community have had to come together to support this theatre during a time when the future held many uncertainties. Though the road was rocky and no one knew what lay ahead, the theatre community assembled and showed just how strong the bond is between those who share the stage.

SOLUTION: The new documentary Finding Home showcases the strength of a close knit community in North Carolina, highlighting the family aspect housed in this theatre and similar local theaters across the country. For promotion, this documentary was paired with a press release, an Instagram social media page, and other promotional materials - a poster, business card, and postcard. Through all these mediums, the story of Raleigh ACT was ready to be told.

Along with a social media page, I created a press release and business cards to give out at events such as premieres and festivals.
