PROBLEM: Godiva needs a lasting campaign that can be implemented over one of the busiest seasons: Valentines Day. They want to be at the consumers’ top of mind during the Valentine’s and late winter season, and increase consumer sales for one of chocolates biggest seasons.
SOLUTION: The “Say It With All Your Heart” Campaign, by Godiva. This campaign focuses on helping the audience use their Godiva chocolate to say everything they need to the ones they love. Featuring a heavy online and digital focus with web banners taking the audience straight to their website, along with multiple large form advertisements including billboards and other advertising displays to be prominently used in major cities. While large form advertising has been found effective to get the word out about the Godiva products, more direct digital advertising with a strong call to action leading the consumer to the Godiva webpage will most likely be the strongest forms of advertising.
